Kidsfest

June 2008

We held our 12th annual Kidsfest in June with over 250 children in attendance. Ronnie Caldwell, noted as one of the Top Ten Children’s Ministers in the United States emceed our event.

The theme for this year was “Let’s Make A Choice” a throw-back from the 1970’s game show, “Let’s Make A Deal.” Ronnie has this incredible way of sharing the gospel with our young people. The children sang, danced, laughed, and most importantly, learned about Jesus.

Each child was made to feel special. They each had their picture taken before the event and could pick it up after the event as a gift with a cool frame commemorating the day. Ronnie gave out lots of prizes, like CDs and DVDs to children as they participated. They had a blast!

Over fifty children gave their hearts to Jesus during Kidsfest! We look forward to our next Kidsfest in June, 2009!
