Women's Ministry

“Therefore, as the elect of God, holy and beloved, put on tender mercies, kindness, humility, meekness, longsuffering.” (Colossians 3:12).

Elect means “chosen”, “the best in its class” and “excellence”. Did you know that the Bible refers to us as God’s elect?

As sisters in the Body of Christ, our mission is to see every woman develop into the virtuous woman God has intended for her to be. Our goals are to walk in love, to promote oneness and unity, and to represent the image and display the character of Jesus Christ.

We adhere to the Bible as our guidebook for how to live. His Word instructs the older women in the Lord to teach the younger on how to live a Godly life. (Titus 2:3-5). Here at ALWCW we have a yearly women’s conference in late Spring to gather together as women, to worship God and to hear dynamic, life-altering teaching. In addition, throughout the year we have occasional seminars for a Saturday afternoon to reconnect and have a time of fellowship and teaching.

Our prayer for you is that you will come and be blessed as we have during our meetings throughout the year. Our events are for women of all ages who want to grow in Christ!
