Worship Team
Information and Schedule
The ALWCW Worship Team’s focus and theme for 2008 is
“Growing in our personal relationship with Jesus.” According to
Psalm 22:3, “You are holy and You inhabit the praises of Israel.”
As we, His people, draw nearer to Him through His Word, a life of prayer and
a heart of worship, we create the atmosphere for the very presence of God to
live in our praise! Can you believe that? Jesus wants not only to visit, but
to live in our midst!
Our vision is to corporately and individually enter into a realm of worship
that we have never been to before. Psalm 29:2 says, “Give unto the LORD
the glory due unto his name; worship the LORD in the beauty of holiness.”
We want to see the tangible glory of God in the face of His Son, Jesus
Christ and to truly worship in the beauty of His Holiness, and to see the
entire congregation fully experience the manifest presence of God.
The ALWCW Worship Team is made up of people on fire for Jesus, continually
glorifying God with our voices and instruments. We praise and worship with a
variety of songs, stylistically, so there is something for all worshippers
from all walks of life. We have recently begun to incorporate Spanish into
our praise and worship songs as well and our songs also include original
work by members of our Worship Team.
The ALWCW Worship Team is headed by our worship leaders, Elder Donnie Rosa
and Cathy Raddi. Our ALWCW Choir Director is Stephanie Bell.
The Worship Team meets on Tuesdays at 6:00 pm for rehearsal time, and also
on Sunday mornings before service begins.
